There's a New Man In Our House

There is a new man living at our house. Bill is the proud owner of the DFW Golf Channel Amateur Championship trophy. They didn't have enough to separate the Seniors from everyone else so he had to compete against everyone. There were 12 people who played and Bill beat them all. Needless to say, he was so-o-o-o-o-o excited!!! He shot an 85. For winning, Bill gets an automatic position to the Nationals in Florida in October. Unfortunately, the day it starts in Florida we will be traveling back from Calgary, Canada. Maybe he can get something worked out by October.
This is the little guy sitting on our mantel. He's as cute as Bill. Bill is very proud of his play and attributes his success to his putting practice in our living room. We may have to start setting up times for all of Bill's friends to come and practice on our little green. If we get enough participation, Bill could retire and just schedule the practices.
